The Assistance with Care and Housing Programme supports people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness to access appropriate and sustainable housing, community care and other supports.

Our staff build goal focused relationships with clients enabling effective coordination and link up of services.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are four times more likely to experience homelessness than other people.

Leading causes of homelessness include domestic violence, lack of affordable housing, financial distress and health issues.
