Thomas is passionate about recognising each person as an individual and believes that a healthy, happy and motivated workforce is the key to delivering exceptional care and services. He is an experienced aged care leader and has held executive positions in internationally recognised Residential Aged Care Providers. He has led the development of innovative and market leading services in New South Wales and Victoria.
