About Us

Our Purpose: “To connect, enable and empower people.”

Carexcell Community Care was established in 2005 and strives to this day to provide high quality local support to the residents of the Mid North Coast. With a strong history of supporting the aged care needs of the Mid North Coast’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, the team at Carexcell has provided affordable, high quality culturally appropriate care and support services to people in need.

Carexcell is proud of our history and connection to community. We are pleased to be able to offer care and services to all older residents of the Mid North Coast.

Since establishment Carexcell has grown, developed and improved. In 2010 the offices were relocated into Coffs Harbour, providing better access for staff and clients. With ongoing growth the company needed larger space to provide staff training, hold client meetings and support the community. Our offices are now located in North Boambee Valley. You are welcome to come and visit us at any time.

Carexcell is proud of the relationships we have built with people and the community. We are able to provide innovative and quality care solutions where others cannot. We work with clients to understand their individual goals and support them to make informed choices regarding the services they receive.

Our broad range of services provide clients with extensive choice without the need to engage third party organisations.

Our trusted and professional team provide help at home, help with care, help getting out and about and case management.

We are committed to the community, our clients and staff. Carexcell supports a range of local and national initiatives that are building better communities. Each year we support the Elders Olympics, mental health charities and work directly with clients to enhance lives.

Our Case Managers, Registered Nurses, Certificate 3 and 4 Carers, Grounds Team, Administration and Executive are all passionate about enhancing the lives of people and the community. All staff undertake annual mandatory training, have national police checks and hold current first aid certificates.

Carexcell is committed to employing local people to work in their local community. Focused on improving the knowledge and skills of staff, Carexcell has a track record of supporting staff to gain nationally recognised qualifications.
