In 2023, the organisation continued its trajectory of sustainable growth by extending its reach into metropolitan Sydney, the Hunter, and New England regions, ensuring that even more people could benefit from its values-led approach to care.

In 2025, Carexcell took another significant step forward by acquiring Autism Adventures, a respected organisation known for its innovative, person-centred support for neurodiverse individuals. This strategic acquisition enabled Carexcell to extend its empowering approach to people with autism and further diversify the communities it serves—while remaining firmly anchored in its commitment to inclusion, dignity, and respect.
